- Preparation Method:
  Oatmeal
  
  1. Bring 1 cup water to a boil.
  
  2. Add 3 tablespoons Jumbo Oats, reduce heat to medium-low and cook stirring occasionally for 3 minutes.
  
  3. Remove from heat and serve hot with desired toppings like fruits, nuts, honey or spices.

  Mix 2 parts Jumbo Oats, 1 part Nuts and Seeds and 1/2 part Dried Fruits.
