All you need …

• 1 packet (230g) Hai’s Instant Curry Chicken Paste
• 1kg Chicken meat (blanched)
• 300g potatoes (cut into halves)
• 250ml coconut milk
• 500ml waterSome simple steps ..

  Heat wok and stiry-fry 1 packet of Hai’s Instant Curry Chicken Paste, chicken meat and potatoes till fragrant. Add water and cook for 10 minutes. Then add in coconut milk and simmer under low heat for 10 minutes before serving

  Best serve with french loaf to make it a wholesome meal
