DIAMOND Fresh Milk is fresh milk that is ensured to have met quality and food safety standards and is processed on the same day with the pasteurization & homogenization process.

Pasteurization is a heating process that aims to kill pathogenic bacteria (harmful bacteria). Currently the technology used is HTST (High Temperature Short Time) pasteurization technology. 

While Homogenization is the process of breaking up fat globules into small and uniform molecules, so that there is no separation of fat. This process is done so that when the milk is consumed there are no fat particles that appear in the milk

that can interfere with the taste of the milk. A short heating time is necessary to prevent the deterioration of the milk's nutritional value as well as to obtain a consistent color, aroma, and taste.
